MMU2S Reloads Extruder After Wipe at Print Start

I am running an MK2.5S with a MMU2S. I haven't yet successfully run multi-material prints (need to try changing the heatbreak). As such I am only running single filament prints. I typically load the filament to the nozzle if it's not already and initiate the print. After heat-up, bed probe and wipe it stops, right after the wipe and unloads the filament back to the MMU2S and then reloads it to the nozzle. It then starts to print. Unfortunately the extruder is then no longer primed which causes major issues. I have been pausing it at that point and manually re-priming the extruder and then continuing. I have looked through the g-code and can't figure out why it is doing this. Another funny thing is that if I run another print without turning off, it doesn't do this for subsequent runs. I am using Simplify3D for slicing. Any help greatly appreciated!

Try a test run with filament sensor turned off. Sensor problems can show up in strange ways...

It's the load to nozzle that is causing this behaviour. If you need to purge your nozzle to clear another colour then yes load to nozzle and purge, but then unload filament before initiating the print.
