MK3S+ Sound

IMG_3858IMG_3852IMG_3857IMG_3858

Prusa support is saying that their is no off putting sound but I have 3 MK3S+ and this one is the only one that sounds like this, they were pre-built from factory. 2 weeks old.

also I have another question, when printing calibration cubes I get a filament chunk in one corner, I have tried going down to 0.9 extrusion multiplier, turn off whipe but still getting that effect!

thanks!

To me it sounds like some of the noise is on the Y axis which is pretty common. Try gently pushing the fingerprint areas on the heatbed while the noise is happening, sometimes this drastically changes the noise.

A filament chunk in a corner? that sounds odd. Does it do it on all layers in the same corner?

I would look over the belts to see if they run centered on the pulleys and that also all of the setscrews that hold pulley to motor shaft are tight.

I'm not very good at English either! Maybe someday I'll find a language I'm good at?
