The announcement just mentions the y-axis belt retention under the bed carriage. The tensioning for MK3S is done there instead of hanging the idler mount from the front plate as is done in the MK3.

It isn't clear yet (because no one has gotten their upgrade kit from Prusa yet) if the y-axis tensioning plastic parts will arrive with the upgrade kit. But from what I've seen those parts (two pieces) don't seem to be in the archive of .stl files for "this is what is new so you can print your own parts".

I was referring to z axis motor holders and z axis tops I think they also redesigned the enisy box .

I don't see any striking differences in the 3S repo and they are still marked R3 or R2.

My bad. I didn't see that you mentioned the y-axis in the OP.

From what I could see in the MK3s part repository there are 4 y-axis parts marked R4 ... but these are not part of the MK3-to-MK3s upgrade STL-repository (if you know what I mean, in that zip-file there are just extruder parts included).
