Mk3s LCD screen/module issues

Ahoi everyone,

After searching for some time I couldn't find issue I'm facing. Well I've assembled my mk3s kit, all tests and calibrations went fine, then adjusted live Z and even printed whistle and 3d Benchy from the included sd card - and it actually turned out great. Then I connected printer to raspberry pi (Pi 4 2gb) octoprint via USB and after some time noticed that something wrong with the lcd - I can barely read it: Link to video representation of the issue. However when rotating encoder it comes back to normal briefly and breaks again. I've checked ribbon cables, connection slots but no visible damage noticed. Power cycled it but issue persists. Prints, on the other hand, comes out great and I still can print via usb or octaprint.

I kinda have an idea that LCD controller might be fried by the ESD (maybe while pushing usb cable prob raspberypi?), but it is weird that text is visible ok on some encoder positions as you can see in video: LINK , maybe LCD backlight damage? or faulty encoder but maybe there is still way to fix without replacing module? 56 Eur for LCD replacement is a bit high.

And
