I contacted support to ask about the camera if it will delay my order. The (tried to) convince me that it will not delay. I'm suspicious...

i have a batch 6 with a camera, support said it is scheduled to be dispatched the first week of june. blarg
Hi just providing info regarding cameras delaying shipments. I contacted support and they replied that the camera are temporarely out of stock. Orders containing cameras will ship early next month. removing the camera will speed up shipment but for the order to update it could take a few days. I removed my the buddy cam from my order hoping to get the shipping notification some time next week. im in batch 8 ordered 25 02 25.

So, canceled the camera yesterday. My order now switched from new to in progress.

That 1-2 weeks lead time for kit cannot be correct. There are people that ordered earlier that need to wait till end of June.

Batch 13. Nothing but the kit. Still waiting for the 10th of June. So I think the 1 2 weeks is not accurate.

- Shipped (FedEx 2-3 day) 20 May
- Out for Delivery today, 22 May. Note: Order still reflects "Shipping starts 26 May (Batch 21)"

Fully Assembled Kit with accessories, Batch 19, no movement as of today 5-22-25 but cancelled the filter yesterday in hopes of a shipment soon 🤞🏻

I expected protective film on the top and side acrylic panels. Missing.

My order Prusa Core One Kit (with cam) date is 19 february 2025 (Netherlands) and shipping starts: 21 may (Batch 8) but I didn’t receive a message from Fedex till now.

Apparently there is an issue with the camera's right now. They had a bad batch or something. So any order with camera seems to be delayed.

Just had a quick chat with support and was informed that the camera situation is likely resolved and there will be an official update soon, probably on Monday.
I was surprised, but they also said that the nozzle that I have in my order should not delay things, as eventhough showing as out of stock there should be one reserved for me. Dunno. Taking that at face value for now, as I'm in batch 10 and can just check-in with them on Monday or Tuesday again to verify all is good to go.

My order (batch 9) just switched to status shipped. No filtration kit/buddy cam. Ordered march 1st.
I did add a obxidian nozzle and satin plate to it.
