MK3S heaters turned off, Mintemp
A friend with an i3 Mk3s+ had a nasty blob on the extruder. I cleaned it all off, changed the heatblock, heater, and put in a new thermistor. All went well.
On powerup I get Mintemp. I tested the thermistor, it's within the range of ohms.
I connected Pronterface and it says "Error:0: Heaters switched off. MINTEMP triggered!"
So how do I 'turn on the heaters'? I reflashed with 3.14.0 fw. No help.

I did factory reset, "all data", no help. Goes back to Mintemp and can't change to another screen.
I tried replacing with two different new, OEM thermistors, no help. Goes back to Mintemp.
Bed is showing that it's working. Heated with heat gun, temp goes up. HE shows 0 (zero) no matter what I try, including heating it with heat gun.
I checked the fuses, they are good.

How do I turn the heaters back on?
