MK3 will not start
I haven't used my Prusa in a while and now when I powered it on, I get the screen that says "Original Prusa i3 / Pruse Research" and the screen stays on there.
I have no USB cable plugged in, and no SD card in the printer.
How do I deal with this? Sorry for the amateur question...
Rob
Do you get a brief burst of fan operation at startup?
Begin by pulling and replugging all the connections at the Einsy end.
And you will need to deal with neglect, dust and cobwebs... Basic cleaning, lubrication and general maintenance have all been missed. See:

Cheerio,
RE: MK3 will not start
In addition to the fuses on the board (I assume they all test good) don't forget the one for the power supply.
Does the LCD panel light up?
Initial fan burst ?
On mine the AC power line cord has to be inserted fully in the power supply socket. A small tug and it goes off while looking fully inserted.
Disconnect the power loss monitor circuit.
After that you will have to break out the voltmeter to check the voltage on the supply output and each fused circuit for bad solder or blown component....
REPAIR, RENEW, REUSE, RECYCLE, REBUILD, REDUCE, RECOVER, REPURPOSE, RESTORE

No fan burst at all. I will need to unseat/reseat all the cables. That makes sense!
