Mk3 print quality issue
  • Hello just finished my second mk3

    But i am getting poor print quality. I took some photos to see if anyone can help. I already checked all the bolts,belts,firmware, hotend,nozzle just replaced. I know i have a little lift on the corner i will lower the z height a little. Printed this at .10 215 nozzle 70 bed

Have you tried a Temperature Tower?

You've got some warping on the all-in-one test, most likely due to poor first layer adhesion. That can cause cumulative effects further up in some cases. Notice that the vertical poles with the bulges are directly above the warped corner. Check out Jeff Jordan's "Life Adjust" procedure for easier Live-Z adjustment and also make sure the print surface is clean. A dunk under the kitchen sink with Dawn is recommended. Scrub it with a clean plain paper towel and dry it with another. And above all else, avoid touching the print area!

With the exception of the overhangs, that's not a bad print. What specific problems are troubling you?
