MK3 Head and pad heat, but the motors do not activate and the display has a brightness to it and is hard to read.

My MK3 the motor do not not activate and the display is bright and hard to read. The head and platform heat. Have checked all fuses are ok. Is Is it the motherboard or something else? HELP
