MINTEMP Error: Broken Thermistor?

Hi everyone, I've run into a spot of trouble. While changing my nozzle tip, I accidentally snapped off one of the wires on the heat block. See image above.
I'm fairly certain this component is the thermistor, right? Is it possible to repair? Do I need a new one? If I do need to replace it, where do I get one? How do I change it?
I know it's a lot of questions, but I'm out of my depth here and any help would be appreciated. I'm kicking myself over my stupid mistake now. Thanks everybody.
