minimal steps to replace x-axis rods/bearings?

I need to replace the x-axis bearings and rods on my mk3s.  Is there documentation somewhere with the minimum steps required to do this?  Or any tricks, other than reversing the assembly guide for the complete kit?

Just a caveat: if you take the trapezoidal nuts off the threaded rods (I did) - remove the screws holding them and spin them off.

Never attempt to get them back on the threaded rods while attached to their brackets. You will cross-thread them...

Four screws hold the bearing bracket on the extruder. Take them out. Zip ties are not too tricky.

Other than that - X is easy. Well so is Z. Y is another story.
