Mesh bed calibration error only before a print

I'have bought a I3MK3 pre-assembled, i've printed fine for some weeks. Suddenly there are continuos errors during the mesh bed calibration before a print. I've made a factory reset, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and software, updated the firmware end made all the calibrations many times. During the calibrations it's all fine, but at the start of the printing process, 8 times on 10 there are errors during the mesh bed calibration and the printer start to calibrate the Z again and again resolving the issue only sometime. The error is not always on the same calibration point. I' ve tried to vary the PINDA height whitout luck. What can I do? Thanks in advice.

Try download and print this G-code.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/f5ym576a9qehh6a/TEST_360.gcode?dl=1
It's modified prusa logo from original SD card.

Re: Mesh bed calibration error only before a print

I have solution, not the best but it works. Just turn off bed before mesh bed leveling. Example for PLA.

M104 S215 ; set extruder temp
M140 S60 ; set bed temp
M190 S60 ; wait for bed temp
M109 S215 ; wait for extruder temp
G28 W ; home all without mesh bed level
M140 S0 ; set bed temp
G80 ; mesh bed leveling
M140 S60 ; set bed temp
M190 S60 ; wait for bed temp

Thank for the replies, yesterday I've contacted the support on live chat and the operator can't help me. He told me that they will contact me by email.

To Kraken: the issue is always present.

Sorry Writeon, but i'm not an expert...
the G-code instructions have to be positioned on the start of the code? I will open a g-code file and start to study...
Thanks a lot!

Re: Mesh bed calibration error only before a print

Yes it's on the start of the G code. Just add this M140 S0 ; set bed temp between G28 W ; home all without mesh bed level and G80 ; mesh bed leveling .

G28 W ; home all without mesh bed level
M140 S0 ; set bed temp - add this line
G80 ; mesh bed leveling

Update: the support contacted me by mail and told me that the PINDA probe is faulty. They will send me a new one.
