Loud and constant beep on power-up on MK3S+

Hello,
I have my printer in an enclosure, so I have enlarged the stock cables to the PSU (4 power cables and the 2 white/black for the panic cable), and put connectors in place to be able to unplug and remove the printer easily from the enclosure. The PSU sits outside to avoid overheating issues.

It's all been working fine for many months but I had to take out the printer from the enclosure (to upgrade the rubber feet to soborbothane ones) and when putting it back in and reconnecting I may have done something wrong.

The printer beeps loudly and constantly amont powering up. The LCD works perfect and the menu is perfectly responsive to the control knob, with no error messages. I haven't tried to print as the beeping is so loud that it's unbereable and I have to turn the printer off. I think I might have connected once the power panic cable in the wrong order (polarity), I've only done it once and I'm now connecting correctly. Could this have caused it? I have checked all the fuses (3 in the mainboard electronics and 1 in the PSU's red power switch) and all show continuity. Nothing seams burnt when opening both the electronics and PSU. I've checked also with a multimeter that the PSU provides 24V on each pair of positive/negative cables coming from the power unit.

Anyone had a similar problem?
Thanks!!
