Loose Heat Break is driving me crazy. How can I fix it?

Hi all,

here's my problem:

While trying to tighten my Nozzle after I had some issues with Filament overflowing from the Heater Block, I noticed that the Block was loose even after tightening everything. After reading tons of posts and pulling my hair out, I noticed that it is not the Heater Block or the Nozzle that's loose but rather the Heat Break inside the Heat Sink.

Are there any tricks on how I can fix it without having to completely rebuild the Hot End?

I'd be grateful for any pointers as I'm still fairly new to 3D-Printing. 🙂

Here's a video I took to visualize the problem:

As I said on Reddit, disassemble the hotend and reseat the heatbreak. From the video it is not clear that there’s a space between the nozzle and the heater block, which should be there if correctly assembled. Just follow the instructions on the Prusa support site, which look more intimidating than it is in reality. And make sure you do all nozzle changes at 280-285 degrees.
