Loop "please press the knob to unload filament"
Hi everybody,
I bought MK3S printer and my first time to print from SD card the printer loops with this message:
"always please press the knob to unload filament". I do what it is saying and after three movements says again the same text.
I have checked the sensor, the extruder, the filament, but always the same.
Can you help me please?

Hi again,
After speaking with prusa i send you how to know if the problem is the sensor connection. You must to desable from LCD settings and, if it works, you have to check the sensor.
