Lines on print?

Hi all!

So, I moved my printer to a diff room, did not recalibrate, nozzle hit the bed and I think it got damaged. I tried replacing with some cheapo ones from amazon, it didn't go well and I had to disassemble the extruder, retighten the heat block, heatbreak and the heat sink etc etc... The ptfe tube sits a little further down than it did before too...

Anyways. I brushed up the original nozzle and put it back on and its okay, not great, just okay. But I'm noticing curling from the nozzle and I'm seeing this on the print of the prusa bottle opener.

I'm using 7x7 bed mesh levelling and I have since recalibrate the XYZ and adjusted Z Level.

See pics below. You can only see it properly in certain angles with lighting. It kinda looks like the contrasts are diff either side of the line of that makes sense?

What do ya think?

Thanks,

Liam

RE: Lines on print?

Are these prints generated from the Prusa gcode samples or did you slice them yourself. Try slicing them yourself and setting Print Settings->Infill->Infill->Top fill pattern to Monotonic. That pattern provides a more even top surface and avoids the "lawn mower" effect that shows up when top infill is not perfectly even. Otherwise, your prints look just fine from what I can see. Silver filament in harsh light will always highlight flaws. Try that setting and perhaps print a larger flat print and compare the different top infill patterns. Let us know if you have further problems.
