issues with y calibration after linier rail install
i installed linier rails on my mk3s+ and now it does not want to do any y calibration.. is there a way to adjust for the extra space the rails give? there is no extra play or tightness so i am not sure why it keeps failing. let me know what i need to provide to try to adjust this. also it is running the latest firmware. i did search before posting this but noting i found solved the issue
RE: issues with y calibration after linier rail install
The only way I'm familiar with is to change the firmware to take that extra space into account. From previous threads here and posts on the firmware github I believe this is not a simple straightforward process.
Might want to talk to the Bear mod guys

RE: issues with y calibration after linier rail install
ok i see it seems strange that there is no override for the y access during calibration. i mean i understand why the warning is there but. i will try to reach out to them but if anyone else has any advice i would appreciate it.
