Issues with MK3 print adhesion + first layer calibration test

Prusa MK3 (smooth sheet) is having issues with adhesion – nothing is sticking to the sheet. Have cleaned with isopropyl several times and adjusted the first layer calibration, although that looks like it's too low but still not adhering adequately to the print surface. When I print a bed level calibration test, it seems that some of the bed is too close to the nozzle and some is too far away, but I ran the Wizard and everything is calibrated (photos attached).

Any suggestions for how to fix this? Thank you!

I would wash my build plate in the sink with hot water and a little dish soap, rubbing really well with a new unused dish sponge then rinse well with clean hot water and dry immediately with plain paper towels, then I would keep my fingers off the build plate surface.

and I would use 7x7 mesh bed levelling and  70C for PLA, on the bed.

As counter intuitive as it sounds, glue stick is used as a separating agent to reduce adhesion on PEI sheets, not to make it stronger.

you shouldn't need to use glue for adhesion,
it;s usually used to reduce adhesion for certain filaments

I wash and dry my Build plate

and make sure Live Z is well adjusted, and that way I don't need any adhesion assisters!
