Initial Calibration fail after upgrading firmware to 3.9.1

I have and MK3 and recently upgraded the firmware to version 3.9.1. When it reaches the x-Axis calibration is fails. I converted back to the original firmware and everything passes just fine. Any thoughts??

The first thing I can think of is: Did you install the MK3 firmware (not MK3S)?
It might also help if you change the belt tension a bit. I haven't checked it, but I think that the stepper motor current settings (stallguard sensitivity) have been changed in 3.9.1.

Statt zu klagen, dass wir nicht alles haben, was wir wollen, sollten wir lieber dankbar sein, dass wir nicht alles bekommen, was wir verdienen.

I think this has something to do with "More precise Belt test" improvement.

I have same issue with Selftest. Belt test reports X-axis error too. But when I downgraded to v3.8.1 Selftest is completed without any error.

I think it's a bug.

Or too much friction on X or Y ...

Did you lubricate the bearings before installation?

Are the X-Axis extruder cases screws near the bearing too tight?

Are the Y-Axis U-bolt nuts too tight?
