Increase Y bed size of 10mm
Hi,
I have a print job which would need about 220mm diameter. As the plate itself would easily accept +5mm on both side (y axis), it should be possible.
I changed the bed size (y axis) in Simplify3d to 225mm, sliced and print. But it seems something else (the firmware ?) does not allow it.
It started to print my circle but on the front & back of y axis it went straight instead of continuing printing a circle...
Anybody have succeed to print "outside" the 210x250mm ?

If you want to print something that is 220 mm in diameter then you must mechanically change your printer.
The bed can only move around 217 mm, limited by linear bearing and Y-axis front and back holder.
