I imagine there is no repairing this?
Tab melted off of heatbed. Wires broke and shorted together is what it looked like. Looks like I am buying a new heatbed.

If you are lucky you might just have had sparking from a wire insulation breakdown. Do you have a multimeter? If there is resistance across the plate contacts it may be rescuable - your fuses should have protected the circuit board.
