How to stop MK3S from asking for First Layer Calibration at every boot?

Hi everyone,

I'm having a strange issue with my Prusa MK3S.

Every time I start the printer, it asks me to run the First Layer Calibration and parts of the Setup Wizard again, even though I have already completed all calibrations successfully. The printer does not seem to remember that the setup has already been done.

To continue, I have to manually press the button and skip through the prompts every time. After that, the printer works normally.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to disable these repeated calibration/setup prompts or fix whatever is causing the printer to think the initial setup has not been completed?

I'm running the latest firmware available for the MK3S.
