How to remove a stuck M3x40 screw from a M3n nut
Any idea how to remove this M3x40 screw from the M3n nut? Problem when unscrewing the screw the nut turns in the direction of the screw as well. It is as if both of them have seized together 🤦🏻♂️
Help!

First I would insert a small/thin screwdriver in a nut hole (between nut wall and plastic), which should prevent the nut to rotate when unscrewing. Of course, it can be expected that nut hole will be slightly damaged (where screwdriver was inserted).
If that wouldn't work (nut really holds that hard on the thread), then the only solution I see is, to hold/fix the nut with hot needle plier. Now nut hole will be even more damaged, but still good enough to assemble print head, so you can reprint that part again.
No matter how you do it, new printed part is needed anyway (because the nut is already rotating).

Have you tried a little WD 40?

Didn't work

Thanks that worked!
And as you rightly pointed out the part can't be reuse anymore, I had to ask someone else to print a new part for me.
Thanks again for your help, much appreciated.
