I use a fixed open-end wrench and it's still a bit tricky.  It takes some practice.

RE:

Remove the print fan shroud for better access to the heat block with a wrench.

Use a socket to remove/install the nozzle.

How do I change a nozzle?  I find it is very difficult if not impossible to hold the heater block with an adjustable wrench while trying to loosen the nozzle from the heater block.  What do I need to remove so I can hold the heater block with an adjustable wrench so the block doesn't move while loosing the nozzle?

A few years ago, I bought a Z-Catch nozzle removal tool that has made swapping nozzles absurdly easy for me.

However, it looks as though their site is down, and PrintedSolid no longer has the item in stock

That being said, this forum thread outlines some alternatives that people have suggested, such as this 3D printed Nozzle Torque Wrench or a Craftsman set of Finger Ratchet with Bits - 1/4".

What I do like about the Z-Catch, though, is that it both holds the block and lets me remove and install nozzles. I still do need to watch and make sure I'm not pinching or making direct contact with the heater cartridge and thermistor wires, though, which is often the hardest part.

I'm glad I got my Z-Catch tool when I could; it was worked reliably for me, although I did have to buy a 1/4-inch socket separately. If you can find one, it's worth it for ease of use.

Otherwise, maybe look at installing the Revo Six; although I personally have no experience with one, reviews do seem to praise the ease of use for cold swapping nozzles frequently.
