Hotend temperature
Hello,
I am not sure if my thermistor is broken. The temperature sometimes jumps briefly from 215° to 180° while it is moving. I also had the MINTEMP error twice. The cable connection looks like this

Hiya;
Normally if the temperature jumps when the extruder is moving side to side is a sign that the thermistor wire is broken. You can double check it without preheating the nozzle. Have the stepper motors unlocked so you can move the extruder by hand, then move the extruder side to side, if you notice the temperatures changing then more than likely the wire has a pinch and the wires are snapped and you would need to replace the thermistor.
