"Honking" X (or Y or Z) Axis
Hello,
One of my axis when doing sudden (or so it appears) movements has started recently making a loud "honking" noise. It isn't constant with all movements, but often enough to be disturbing. Oddly enough, it doesn't happen in stealth mode.....
Any ideas?

Hi Phil,
Have you checked everything is tightened,
is the Y motor rattling against the frame?
does the Y axis move smoothly?
If it's honking and you put a finger on the build plate, does the noise stop?
If you slow the feed rate, does the noise stop?
