High and low spots??
Why do i get these high and low looking spots in the prints until it gets high enough into the layers that it clears up..
They are always in the same spots and same spacing, I cant figure it out for nothing...
Any help would and will be appreciated......

Your filament drive gear is not cylindrical. You've probably installed it wrong and don't have the set screw aligned to the shaft flat.

Well you was close.. Made me do some thinking and then i remembered that i loosen the filament screw when i was trying to print proto pasta cause it kept jamming. Well come to find out its the hotend why the mk3s cant print with it. Never reset the tension back. Tighten it back up some and low high seems to be gone for now. Will let it run and see what happens..
