Help with noise and vibration MK3S
Hello everyone.
I have been wondering if someone could help me understand how to fix the high noise and vibration of the printer. It can be heard/felt in the common stairs outside the apartment...
The printer was assembled by me from a kit back in like 2020, and although it was never silent, it used to be mostly quiet. But it feels like it's getting worse with time. I recently cleaned and re-greased the bearings, rods, screws, and am using some custom larger feet I found online, as well as TPU bearing/bed holders. I also am using a custom Y-axis mount piece that keeps the motor separate from the frame to avoid further vibration (hasn't helped). As you can see in the video, both the X and Y axes are noisy.
Absolutely any help would be appreciated. It's come to a point that the noise/vibration are almost headache inducing.

there was a video, but is had some formatting data wrapped around it, which was stopping the forum displaying the link.
I have removed the formatting information, which seems to display a different URL, Hopefully one of the URL's will be satisfactory!

Hello
I had a similar issue with my MK3S+ i got since 2/3 weeks now.
To avoid it, or rather reduce it a lot , I used this feet : Snap-on squash ball foot for Prusa I3, or rather this one slightly higher Squash ball foot brackets 5" higher

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll definitely give that a try. Ordering some squash balls tonight! Did you do anything else at all?
RE: Help with noise and vibration MK3S
Try to get the squash balls with two yellow dots as shown in the photo by @Lakwell. They have the highest dampening.
