Help - Bed appears to be uneven in 1 corner.

Hi all.

Overnight my printer started playing up on the first layer. It starts off fine but as it reaches the front-left part of the heat bed it appears to be too close to the plate. I've run the 1st layer config and everything apart from that part of the bed is fine (set to -1.175). You can see from the attached photo where it finishes with the square is where it's far too close to the bed.

Its very rare that I have any issues with this printer so unsure what else can I do to try to correct this?

Thanks

The most obvious check:  Is there anything under the plate or stuck to the back?  -  Filament debris, stringing fragments, anything like that.

I've taken the plate off, cleaned it, tried the other side - still the same. I've also tried the spare plate I have and still get the same results

The sudden change is worrying, something has shifted...  A straightforward maintenance session paying particular attention to the Y axis rails and bearings might reveal something.  If the problem persists then try the procedure on: https://help.prusa3d.com/article/bed-level-correction_2267

... but it's better to find the underlying cause.
