Heater cartridge does not go on, 0 volt measured
Hi all,
Problem: My heater cartridge does not work anymore. When putting the printer on preheat, I measure a voltage on the pins of 0 volt.
Context: Last week I broke of the heater cartridge when replacing the nozzle, I ordered a complete new nozzle-set and installed it. All worked fine so I started to make a print with my 1mm nozzle. After printing for one hour it gave a preheat error, and the cartridge did not heat up anymore. I ordered a new cartridge, did not work, measured the voltage, 0 volt.
When I look at the board there is a bright red LED on just next to the 15A fuse, is that normal? The heatbed works fine.
Anybody an idea how i fix this?

Ah de 15 A fuse was intact, but i found that one of the 5A fuses was broken. Think replacing that one will solve the problem

Regarding "preheat error" you will find some information (possible causes) on these sites:
