Heatbed and nozzle not heating up
During a print, the filament got caught up in itself and the nozzle. There is filament dried on the nozzle and the bottom part of the Hotend. When I try to preheat the printer, it goes for maybe 1 second and then stops. I tried cleaning the hotend but the printer still won’t preheat. I don’t know what else to try
Do you mean you got some sort of 'Blob of Doom?' - Look up the phrase here if you're uncertain.
In the cleanup there are four fragile wires attached to the hotend that can be damaged in two ways.
Take a look, are any of them broken?
If not, do you have a mulitimeter? Unplug the thermistor cable at the Einsy end and check there is a resistance, it should vary with temperature.
Let us know your result. There is a chance you my need a new hotend or perhaps just a thermistor.
Cheerio,

Diem is right. Have a look at this: https://help.prusa3d.com/article/multimeter-usage_2117
And don't get scared because of "This guide is made for experienced users." If your hot end is not heating, it will fail the self test (and since it worked before, the wiring should be good as well), so this is the right place to start and the instructions are easy to follow...
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.
