Having issues pre-calibration with display message

Hey everyone, prior to calibration, I'm having this weird issue with my screen displaying this message. It will ask if I want to calibrate, and rarely does it let me select yes or no, it will flicker between messages. I'm not sure what the issue is, I've checked the manual and the wiring thoroughly and I can't seem to find out what is causing this. Restarting the printer only yields the same result. Prior to un-plugging and plugging the connections back in again tediously, I was able to get to the calibration wizard, only to have the front print fan yield an error on the test. However, the fan would run at 255 and never cease or have issues. Eventually, I stopped being able to even get that far, and now this is what I'm met with every time I start the printer. Does anyone know what my issue might be? I'm at a loss here.

If it's a new printer and it sounds like a hardware issue, I'd get on the chat with Prusa Support. At minimum to register your issue with them if it's under warranty. And they can talk you though this, which is a lot easier than back and forth on this forum.

Go to shop.prusa3d.com and log in to your account, or create one. Then look for the chat button in the lower right corner.

Thanks a lot! I naively thought that this was the only means of support/contacting help. I'll get right on that as soon as I'm able.

This here is just volunteers. The 24x7 chat support is what you've paid the big bucks for 😃

Good luck! Plus, once you have a solution please post here so others can benefit from it.
