getting 5v from Einsy Board?
Looking to get 5v from MK3 Einsy Board besides the P3 Connector as the MMU 2.0 will be using that connector, maybe somewhere from the Pi connector?
I will be running a 40mm fan from it so it should have power all the time if the printer is on, if printer is off no power to the 5v.

I used a stepdown power module like this one : https://goo.gl/HcUF71 picking up 24 volts from the power suppy. If you search it on aliexpress are cheaper.

Does the stepdown power module get hot or warm ?

You can use the RPi port. This is what I will do.

pin2+ pin 20- should not be used by a pi 😀

im just glad it wouldn't mess with a pi much. lucky I added 24 volt fans and lights.

dude, im a ID10T. that was wiring for the pi. o well hope you just used that. I was looking into safe wires that wouldn't mess with a pi. 100% my bad. I don't think you would find a pin 20..
