Flat print bad that stays flat?

Because I want to print relatively large (PLA) parts that need to be as flat as possible on the bottom, I am using the nylon nuts mod for my mk3.
Especially in combination with the new 7x7 bed leveling the bottom of my prints are pretty flat now. (still not perfectly though).

After a few prints I have to readjust the nuts to make the bed level again. I’m having like 0,08 mm variance at the beginning and it goes up to about 0,16 mm. So, I have to readjust the nuts again …

Is this normal?

Hi Flaviu,

Are you adjusting the bed cold? or heated? I would expect the heatbed to change shape as it heats, so I would adjust it in the heated state

Have you moved the printer>

Have you checked for anything trapped between the bed and the build plate?

I checked if something is wrong with the bed plate and even tried the whole process with a completely new one. I do the measurements with the same temperature I am printing with and the printer has not been moved.

I am going to check the nuts again today if something is wrong there ...
