First layer calibration somehow fail at the 4 corner

as the picture shown, it seems to fail measuring the distance between nozzle and the sheet at the four corner.

Also the prints at 4 corners have strange artifact and when printing, make unpleasant sound.

Any idea?

RE: First layer calibration somehow fail at the 4 corner

You need to proviode a lot more information.

What machine, what filament, what bed temperature, what nozzle temperature, and what print sheet.

What size is that object?

I would say start here and post your calibration square (or circle):

Also make sure you set 7 point bed leveling.
