First layer calibration - can´t continue
Hi
I recently installed the new firmware update. In the future, we will once again perform a first layer calibration to ensure the quality.
I now also always get the message that the distance between the nozzle and the bed does not yet fit. However, when I want to perform the first layer calibration and I am asked whether the filament is loaded - yes it is - I cannot confirm it and have to cancel the process.
Has anyone had a similar problem?

Hi,
I have the same Problem!
If I want to confirm on yes it always jumps on no. If I try to confirm no... nothing happen...
I have just bought the system (second-hand) yesterday. It was running fine until I updated the Firmware 😫

Hi,
I have also exactly the same problem.
Rolling back to the old firmware 3.12.2 solve the isue.
May be a new version will be realesed.

RE: First layer calibration - can´t continue
I'm having the same issue with 3.13.0 and 3.13.1 with my MK3.
It asks if the filament is loaded and selecting yes does nothing with the selector moving back to no, and selecting no does nothing.
Note: I have the optical filament sensor disabled due to unreliability.
If I enable the filament sensor, the first layer calibration will prompt me for the filament type and start but then stop after putting down an inch or so of the calibration line then prompts me to unload the filament. If I unload then reload the filament, it starts up again and continues but dumps me out of the calibration screen to set the z height.
The only way I found to calibrate the first layer was to run wizard that takes 45m+.

Same here using firmware 3.13.1 on a MK3. Newbie here, thought I was doing something wrong. Same as Chronomaster had to run full calibration (Wizard) to finally calibrate first layer.
RE: First layer calibration - can´t continue
Darn it, I'm now having this issue. I was printing all day long and got the bright idea to update my firmware. Now I'm stuck screwing around with it. And I need to print stuff
RE: First layer calibration - can´t continue
As stated above you can always, download a previous firmware version to temporarily get you through your tasks.

Same issue, should I factory reset my MK3 before getting the previous firmware version?
