Firmware Update Issues for MK3S+ and MMU2S
I am new to 3d printing and have enjoyed using my printer. I am still trying to figure out the MMU2S, and have been printing using PETG. I was on the following firmware for my printer: prusa3d_fw_3_12_2_MK3S and on the following firmware for my MMU2S: prusa3d_fw_3_12_2_MK3S_1_0_6_MMU2S. I don't print a lot of things, but I decided to switch out my PETG filament for PLA. While I was doing that, I also did a firmware update for printer and MMU. I have updated using the following hex files: Printer - prusa3d_fw_MK3S_MK3S+_3_13_1_6876.hex and MMU - prusa3d_fw_MMU3_3_0_0.hex
When I did this update, I was unable to get my MMU unit to find home. It kept giving an error message. I tried troubleshooting numerous times, but eventually just removed the mmu unit temporarily and turned it off in the menu. I tried running the printer without the mmu, the filament would load into the extruder and I could print a bit, then it would continue printing without having any filament go through the extruder. I tried cleaning the nozzle and doing a cold pull, but it didn't seem to help at all. I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

After updating to 3.13.1, I get the message that: "G-code sliced for a different printer" and the MMU2 fails to respond at all.

If you updates the mmu firmware in the slicer you need to select mmu3 even though you have mmu2

In this firmware version you have to switch on the MMU2S in the Settings menu

I think this fixed my issue! I know there are a lot of combinations of printers and MMUs, but this REALLY should have been called out somewhere (and the Thermal Calibration too).
