firmware flashing failure
hi, I am unable to flash the latest or any firmware, my computer keep telling me it can,t open the prusa firmware file because windows media player do not reconise the hex flash file, but when I bought my prusa mk3s last year it did, now it wont, anyone any ideas?? thank you

Are you using PrusaSlicer to open the file? Look under Configuration / Flash printer firmware.
The firmware updates are not "click to install" but require a loader.
