Filament is stuck , no blockage in nozzle.
Hi all.
I have MK3S with Mmu2s.
Lately I have several problems.
1.About 3 weeks , during loading filament to nozzle, the mmu2s loads filament to hotend and after that pull out and trys to load again. After 2-3 times it succeeds.
2. The 2nd problem started yesterday. During printing , I saw that filament doesn't go out from nozzle and I heard tic-tics (I assume extruder does this sound).I thought it blockage in nozzle and stopped the printing job. I tried command load filament to nozzle and saw the filament go out properly without problem.
I tied to print again unsuccessfully.....
After that I increased printing speed to 200% and it worked properly....
In anyway I did cold pull to clean nozzle, and it was pretty clean.
I tried again, on speed 100% the filament stops flowing out, and on 200% speed it finishes printing well.
3. 3rd problem started together with the 2nd : mmu2s doesn't succeed to pull out filament from hotend smoothly. It stucks or hardly goes.
The filament esun, I used it before without problems. Printer is in closure V2.
I don't know whether the problems are related one to another.
