Extruder slips on autoload

When I unload the filament, I do that using the menu. Autoload is grabbing the new filament firmly and it extrudes (some of ) the old filament (all fine). Onyl if I answer "no" to the question whether all the old filament has pushed out, the extruder motor spools so fast, that it is unable to press the (mass of) filament out that quick and the gear slips heavily.
It looks like a wrong setting but I have no idea where to adjust this. Any suggestions?

I am not sure what you are saying.  Are you saying the Bondtech are slipping.

I don't understand the problem now either. Is there a problem with loading or unloading?
Could you post a video?

I think I understand what you're saying. When you're loading and answer "no" when you're prompted if it's the correct color, it "power ejects" instead of a regular purge.

I have seen something similar occasionally after repeated purging. For example, switching from PETG to PLA I sometimes answer four/five times "no" on loading, to help get the previous junk out. And occasionally when I then say "yes, correct color" it very rapidly spews out another 10 cm or so of filament. I haven't found a way to consistently reproduce it though.

What you're seeing MAY be related but in my case I don't see the gear slip. Is your idler screw properly tensioned?

@fuchsr

Good question. How do I check this?
I've never had tis problem during the regular print.

Your manual tells you what a properly adjusted screw looks like on your head.  Fastest way to get you the answer
