Extruder Head Meltdown - Need Help
I'm hoping an experienced Prusa user can help me. I got set up with an MK3S last summer and have done about 1,200 hours of printing since then. Man I love this thing. I recently left it to print a 3+ hour project and found this when I came back to check on it:
I managed to extricate the solid blob from the underside of the head but it did a lot of damage. Because it was a solid blob of semi-molten PETG, it melted the edges of cooling duct and welded itself to other printed parts of the head. The whole thing needs to be rebuilt but I can't print the parts.
Is there some merciful person out there who would be willing to print a batch of new extruder head parts for me? Hopefully with similar quality PETG Prusament or even ASA - to make it more temp resilient in the future? I can definitely pay for shipping. It has been this way for almost a month now because I've been too depressed about it to admit it's FUBAR. My wife is a nurse and I'd love to try and print some of the face shields that were posted recently for coronavirus PPE but this is step 1. . .

There are folks on Etsy and eBay that print the parts really cheap.
