Errors ever since upgrading firmare to 3.8.1
Ever since I upgraded to 3.8.1 I have been having crashes where the printer moves the extruder all the way to the left until it hits the frame about 5-6 times in about 5 seconds. It will either move directly left of lift from the print and then move to the left until it hits the frame and stops. Then it will either resume with a huge offset on the X Axis or the print will fail. I've also tried recalibrating the XYZ axis but the text becomes corrupted after I trigger the mode and on screen all you'll see is gibberish.
Has anyone else had these problems?

When you upgraded did you choose English?
When you upgraded did you do a master clear?
You will have to run setup and calibrate again after the clear.

Yes, I chose the english Firmware, I did not reset the printer to factory settings if that's what you're implying with "master clear". This will be my second factory reset since upgrading the firmware so I am familiar with the re-calibration process 😆

So for an update, spent 4 hours talking with customer service, we disconnected my MMU and reconnected everything and it has been working in a test print for the last 12 hours. I'll let you all know if it does in fact fix things. If it does work however, the only thing you could attribute to the problem would be flea power hiding somewhere in the circuits..
