"Err: MINTEMP" After Slice Engineering Thermistor Upgrade

I just finised up installing the bondtech + mosquito extruder upgrade, and now am seeing a "Err: MINTEMP"

This seems to be tied to the Thermistor of the heatend;

I then figured that flashing the new firmware mentioned here would fix it:  https://www.bondtech.se/en/knowledge-base/firmware-updates-for-prusa-i3/

But after the firmware update, I just see a thermometer Icon; which I assume it telling me the same issue is occuring.

I rechecked my cables, and ohmed it out;  Seems to match up w/ slice engineerings RT Table:

Any thoughts?

Thanks

FYI,

I successfully resolved this by installing 3.8 FW instead.  Not sure why though.
