Disable Live Z-Axis Adjust?
Is there any way to disable the live Z-axis adjustment option, where you press the home button while printing to on-the-fly change the z calibration? Occasionally this variable gets mistakenly changed and I would like to know if I can just disable the option.

It’s not really an easy thing to mistakenly change.
The button must be intentionally pressed and held for 2 seconds for the printer to go into Z calibration mode, then you must intentionally turn the dial one way or the other to change the Z value. And it only has an effect on the first layer. It’s not like you can just bump it and have it change.
If you have multiple print sheets with different assigned Z values is it possible you’re trying to print with a sheet profile that’s not the one you expected?
Your issue is a bit perplexing (to me).
