Crashing noise and miss-aligned 9 point calibration points

Hello folks,

It has been quite a while since I have been meaning to solve my issue with my Prusa MK3S, but all my attempts have been in vein if not making the conditions worst.

What appears to be happening, as you can see on the video, is that first, on the 9 point calibration point, while the first three horizontal points are okay, on the 5th point the nozzle moves both in x and y direction, while it only should move in the x direction. Second, on the 7th point you can hear a crashing-like sound.

Any help would be appreciated.

On any kind of calibration problem, my first response is check your bearings.

Power off and move the extruder left and right, feeling for any binding, either direction.

Same for the table. Look for cables or zip ties hitting at the same time.

Unfortunately, I don't really think this is your problem. Your best solution is to chat with Support and show them your video.

Click EShop above, log in, and a Chat button will show up in a bit.
