unable to find first calibration point

Hi - I have 2 prusa's (a mk3 and mk3s).  Just updated firmware to most recent version on both, and the mk3 is working great.

However, the mk3S is unable to identify the first calibration point on the z-axis calibration.  Here was my steps.

1. I checked the forum for common problems, and it seemed typical that X and Y axis slippage was an issue, related to belt tightening.  My belts are not slipping and sound good, tightness feels similar to other working Prusa.  None of the other fixes I found seemed accurate or relevant except...

2. I noticed that after a XY calibration, the PINDA was not lining up with the dotted circle on position 1 (it was about 1/2cm low and 1cm to the left).  I checked the forums and found someone who added extra stops so that the X and Y axis left and back positions (respectively) were shifted over, thus locating the PINDA correctly.  I did that by hotgluing some plastic with the correct thickness to test it.

3. Even after I was able to line up the PINDA over the dotted circle using my jenky spacers described above, the z-axis calibration still failed.

I'm adding a video below to walk through what I see (this is after I added those spacers on the X and Y which lined up the PINDA).

Any ideas appreciated!

Sorry all - contacted Prusa support and realized I had mistakenly identified this as a MK3S but it's actually a MK3... so with the wrong firmware, you get the wrong result.  Installed most recently MK3 firmware and works great.

Hopefully this at least helps someone else in the future!
