Clogging nozzle and under extrusion
I added the limited addition Prusa MK3 to my print farm a while back. I started getting an under extrusion issue on some prints. So I replaced the nozzle but it continued. I then replaced the heater and thermister to see if that was causing the failure. After none of that worked, I ordered a new hotend assembly. That didn't fix it. I replaced the gears and still nothing. Torn the head apart to see if something wasn't aligned. But still after a few minutes it will either clog the hot end or just under extrude. Different filaments used and still the same problem. I have 8 other printers running fine but I'm tired of throwing parts at this one for it not to work. Any other suggestions?
