Clicking noise / filament not getting extruded
I was running a print last night ( https://www.proto-pasta.com/products/galactic-empire-metallic-purple-htpla this PLA), when I checked on the printer this morning, the printer was still running/going through the motions, but the filament had stopped extruding at some point.
I tried unloading the filament and using the Prusa PLA that came with the printer, but nothing comes out with I run through the loading process. I'm getting this repeated clicking noise when whenever I try to load filament. Link to video:
When I take the end of the filament out, it doesn't look as though it's getting melted.
This is a Prusa Mk3S that I got preassembled. Any ideas?

I think your pulley shaft has come loose from its mount. Open the extruder idler and push the pulley shaft so that it attaches to both sides of the bondtech pulley.

I removed a few parts from the assembly - Is this the correct part you are talking about? Does anything in the first picture look awry?
the shaft inside is closer to one end than the other, is that the problem?
