Cant pass a self test other issues after months of successful printing
after playing with a ton of different config settings I wanted to get back to the factory presets for the following reasons.
1. The printer can not locate home
2 during a print at random times.The printer will give a crash error (for no apparent reason) on restart the tool head goes to random positions than when the print restarts the nozzle nowhere even close to the correct location,
3. I am unable to pass a self-test even though I can pass an XYZ calibration i get an error on
4. keep getting an error msg that the MMU is not working _ disabled.
I have attached the logs i copied from Pronterface and pasted into note++ . please let me know if there is any additional info I can provide.

Hi Rick,
the Mk3 and Mk3S use virtual endstops,, so if the motor see's (electronically) some resistance to movement, it sometimes sets a false home position for that axis.
Can you please ensure that both X and Y move smoothly for the full extent of their travel.
are you sure you sure that you have the correct version of firmware installed?.
