cannot update the firmware
just updated the software to 2.7.0, now printer ask for firmware 3.13.2, but cannot get working, got this message:
Using Port : COM3 Using Programmer : wiring Overriding Baud Rate : 115200avrdude-slic3r: ser_open(): can't open device "\\.\COM3": Access is denied.
Running WINDOWS 11 pro, I don't have the option to change the port COM in device manager, PLEASE IT IS URGENT, I NEED TO PRINT THIS PART TODAY.
I tried to unplug/plug the USB, use another USB port, always come as COM 3.
